Hyundai Motor Group will invest 15 billion euros to open a new factory, leading the development of next-generation technology

On November 6th, Hyundai Motor Group (Group) announced the opening of a new € 15 billion factory at the Hyundai European Technology Center (HMETC) located in Lusselheim, Germany, marking an important milestone in its commitment to European innovation and engineering excellence. The investment includes one of the world's largest semi anechoic chambers, climate testing, and electric vehicle charging laboratories. SquareCampus strengthens cooperation with the group's main research and development facilities located in Nanyang, South Korea, to deliver exciting new models for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis.
