(referred to as Surveying and Mapping Co., Ltd.) announced that the company has completed the relevant business registration procedures and obtained a new "Business License" issued by the Nanjing Market Supervision Administration. The announcement shows that Surveying and Mapping Co., Ltd. held its 2025 annual shareholders' meeting on May 15, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on Amending the Articles of Association and Handling the Procedures for Industrial and Commercial Registration Changes". According to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, the company has recently completed the business registration change. The registered capital has been adjusted to 176.34698 million yuan.
