Yang Jie appointed as an external director of China Star Network

According to official information from the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, on May 6th, the Enterprise Cadre Bureau of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission released information on the external director position changes of six central enterprises. After research, Yang Jie and Shi Jianzhong have been appointed as external directors of China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd. Shang Bing will no longer serve as an external director of China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd.
