Lei Jun: Latest progress, Xiaomi robots have interned in automotive factories

On March 2nd, Lei Jun announced the latest progress of Xiaomi's robot business: Xiaomi robots have started interning in automotive factories. On the basis of the general VLA base model Xiaomi Robotics-0, combined with multimodal perception ability and reinforcement learning technology, Xiaomi humanoid robot has preliminarily achieved autonomous work in scenarios such as self tapping nut loading station and material box handling. The key indicators such as the average time between failures and the success rate of a single task for robots are steadily improving, and the actual deployment and verification work around more classic workstations is also continuously advancing. Lei Jun predicts that a large number of humanoid robots will enter Xiaomi factories to work in the next five years.
