Rokid is rumored to be going public in Hong Kong, founder responds: completion of restructuring and listing have no direct relationship, focus on new product development

On April 8th, it was reported that AI glasses company Rokid is preparing to submit its listing application to Hong Kong as early as the end of April. Rokid's founder is Misa Zhu, who graduated from Zhejiang University. In 2010, he joined Alibaba after his startup company was acquired, and later founded Rokid in 2014. According to information disclosure, Rokid completed its share reform in March this year and changed its name to Lingban Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. On the same day, Zhu Mingming responded that it was only completing the restructuring and had no direct relationship with going public. Currently, he is focusing on new product development.
