Due to the company and its actual controller Wang Yuxiang's suspected illegal and irregular information disclosure, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company and Wang Yuxiang. At present, the company is actively cooperating with the investigation and will strictly fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
