Huang Lei, Deputy General Manager of Beidou Xingtong, has been appointed as a new non independent director

On July 31st, Beidou Xingtong announced that the company will hold its third extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2026 on July 31st. After voting by the attending shareholders, Mr. Huang Lei, a non independent director candidate, was elected as a non independent director of the company's seventh board of directors. His term of office will be from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the seventh board of directors.
