The registered address has also been relocated from Fuzhou City, Fujian Province to Hefei City, Anhui Province. This move marks that the company has fully relocated its operating entities to Hefei and deeply integrated into the local commercial aerospace industry development pattern. On July 31st, the listed company Fuzhou Dahua Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling subsidiary Fujian Haitian Silk Road Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the above-mentioned name and registered address changes and has obtained the updated business license.
