The goal of spatiotemporal intelligence is to achieve the coordinated and sustainable development between humans and nature, and to make humans smarter, by completing tasks that humans want to do but cannot do well, and tasks that humans do not want to do in the material world. ”Academician Li Deren compared Internet AI with spatiotemporal intelligence. He said that if Internet based artificial intelligence replaces human brain activities, it may weaken human intelligence process. In addition, Academician Li Deren emphasized the need to embrace new quality productivity through spatiotemporal intelligence, and strive to promote and achieve ubiquitous PNT and PNTRC aerospace intelligent services. The United States has deployed over 9000 Starlink satellites and 150 StarShield satellites, and will accelerate the integration of civil and commercial, aerospace intelligence, and space power. It will build the world's first intelligent satellite Internet of Things system (Dongfang Huiyan Constellation) that integrates navigation, remote computing, aerospace, space, and sea, serving military, civilian, and commercial users, and creating trillion level new quality productivity.
