Recently, the "2025 China Commercial Space Development Report" (referred to as the "Development Report"), led by the Commercial Space Innovation Consortium, was officially released at the 4th International Conference on Commercial Space Remote Sensing Satellite Applications. This report was jointly prepared by our center in collaboration with the China Aerospace Foundation, the Academy of Aerospace Systems Science and Engineering, Beijing Future Aerospace, the China International High Tech Consulting Center, the CCID Research Institute, the Huihua Fund, Jiangtai Insurance, and the Taibo Think Tank.
The Development Report systematically reviews the ten-year development history of China's commercial aerospace industry, comprehensively reviews the overall situation of China's commercial aerospace security development in 2025, and analyzes the development trend of the industry in the new stage.
The report points out that by 2025, the top-level policy system of China's commercial aerospace industry will continue to improve, and the implementation of supporting institutional supply will be effective; Steady expansion of industrial scale, upgrading of development structure, and continuous optimization of industrial ecology; Breakthroughs have been made in multiple core technologies of the industrial chain, providing strong support for commercialization implementation; Various aerospace applications are constantly expanding, the industrial closed loop is gradually taking shape, and the growth momentum of emerging tracks is sufficient; At the same time, financial capital continues to tilt towards industries, with deep integration and synergistic resonance between industries and capital.
At the same time, the Development Report, in conjunction with the deployment of building a strong aerospace country during the 15th Five Year Plan period, proposes that China's commercial aerospace industry will usher in a golden opportunity for development, and will transition from pilot projects to large-scale and standardized transformation. With the collaborative empowerment of policies, technology, market, and regulation, the industrial system will continue to improve. The industry will adhere to independent innovation, coordinate safe development, and contribute to the construction of a strong aerospace country.
Next, the Commercial Aerospace Innovation Consortium will take the release of this report as an opportunity to continuously improve the normalized release mechanism of annual industry reports, deepen industry research, gather resources from all parties for collaborative innovation, and help improve the quality and upgrading of the commercial aerospace industry chain.
