On the morning of May 21st, at the "Low altitude Economy" forum of the "Global Spatio Temporal Intelligence Expo" (WGDC2026), Wang Ping, Vice General Manager of Liufen Technology, gave a speech titled "Spatio Temporal Intelligence Drives a New Era of Low altitude Economy", discussing the development trends and challenges of low altitude economy, the application and landing of Liufen Technology in low altitude scenarios, and exploring the co construction of low altitude economic ecology.

Wang Ping stated in his speech that a series of top-level designs and institutional arrangements mark a key new stage of development for the low altitude economy, which has officially moved from a "policy experimental field" to a "large-scale landing". The market size is expected to reach 3.5 trillion yuan by 2035. However, there are also "growing pains" behind the prosperity, facing three core challenges: "no way to fly" (lack of air routes), "invisible" (difficulty in situational awareness), and "uncontrollable" (lagging regulatory system). The common underlying demand pointed to by these three challenges is to build a digital and intelligent low altitude transportation infrastructure.

Wang Ping pointed out that "location" is one of the most fundamental elements of digitization. In the era of low altitude economy, without precise location information, nothing can be discussed. At present, Liufen Technology has benchmark stations in over 388 cities across the country, and its service accuracy can provide centimeter level precise positioning services for aerial vehicles.

In terms of scenario implementation, Liufen Technology has built a safety supervision and prevention system by integrating three core components: flight license plate+black box, safety supervision and prevention platform, and comprehensive situational awareness platform. It is a comprehensive solution gradually implemented in multiple cities. At the same time, Liufen Technology follows the concept of "one network unified flight" to create a unified intelligent operating system for urban low altitude. By integrating multiple resources, the overall resource utilization rate is increased by more than 60%, and the efficiency of government inspection tasks is increased by 5-10 times, achieving a data loop of "one flight, whole network sharing, and multi terminal application".
