Tianyi Space Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianyi Research Institute") signed a coaching agreement with Guotai Haitong Securities on January 27, 2026, officially launching the A-share IPO process.

According to the coaching filing report, Tianyi Research Institute is expected to complete the filing process and officially submit its prospectus in the first half of this year.

Established in 2015, Tianyi Research Institute, as a SAR satellite constellation operator, is committed to providing users with the ultimate cost-effective SAR constellation construction and SAR satellite data integration services. It has achieved a leapfrog development from "single satellite verification" to "mass production", and has also built a full industry ecosystem of "satellite design constellation operation and data services" for the world's first C-band commercial SAR satellites.

Specifically, since its establishment over 9 years ago, Tianyi has completed 21 space missions and successfully launched China's first batch of commercial networked SAR satellites; Haisi No.1; 、 " Chaohu No.1; 、 " Fucheng No.1; 、 " Shenqi 01 Star; And "; Shenqi 02 Star; A total of 38 satellites are included, filling the gap in China's commercial SAR satellites. The key technical indicators have reached the international advanced level, and it has the capability of commercial InSAR interferometric imaging, which can achieve millimeter level deformation monitoring of the earth's surface. It can provide users with normalized, high-quality, and independently controllable commercial SAR data services.

As of now, Tianyi's in orbit SAR satellite has obtained tens of thousands of imaging data, which have been successfully applied in key areas such as urban safety, emergency relief, and infrastructure monitoring, and have helped to build a global disaster prevention, reduction, and relief system.

In addition, Tianyi also has a TY20kg-TY300kg customized space experiment service satellite platform, which can achieve different levels of carrying capacity and help users achieve major breakthroughs in space research. The experimental results have been published in the international top journal Nature multiple times.
