Recently, the control of Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation's overall unit of carrier rockets, Aerospace Science and Industry Rocket Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aerospace Science and Industry Rocket"), was officially listed for transfer.

According to the Beijing Property Rights Exchange, 29.5904% of the equity of Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Rocket is being listed for transfer, with a minimum transfer price of approximately 3.3 billion yuan. Based on this estimate, the overall valuation of the Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation rocket is about 11.2 billion yuan.

According to Qichacha Information, Aerospace Science and Industry Rocket was established in February 2016 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerospace Sanjiang Group, a state-owned enterprise.

As of now, Aerospace Sanjiang Group holds 56.43% of the equity of Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation Rocket. It plans to transfer 29.59% of its equity in Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation Rocket, and its shareholding will decrease to 26.84% after the transfer.

According to the listing information, after this equity transfer, Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Rocket is no longer allowed to use intangible assets such as the name, business qualifications, and franchise rights of state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries, and is not allowed to continue operating activities in the name of state-owned enterprise subsidiaries; Its control will be transferred.

In October 2025, the Beijing Property Rights Exchange released a pre disclosure announcement on the transfer of 30.66% equity of Aerospace Science and Industry Rocket Technology Co., Ltd., which sparked market discussions.

According to public information, Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) mainly engages in the research and production of solid launch vehicles, reusable liquid launch vehicles, and orbital spacecraft. According to some sources, the company has developed China's first vehicle mounted mobile solid launch vehicle, achieving the expansion of China's space launch vehicles from liquid to solid.
