Overall affairs of satellite research and development at East China Normal University are handled by Suzhou Keda.
According to the plan, the development of the satellite is expected to be completed around February 2026, with a launch date in the first half of 2026.
According to public information, in December 2025, Suzhou Keda announced an important cooperation with East China Normal University on the industrialization project of integrated space, sky, and earth satellites, jointly promoting the demonstration of satellite application industry and; AI+Satellite "; Strategic layout. The laboratory will focus on breakthroughs in technology fields such as on-board intelligent processing, domestic computing power adaptation, and sky ground collaborative computing.
