Chen Jiacai has been deeply involved in the automotive industry for many years. He has worked successively at Beiqi Foton and Chery Automobile, and served as the General Manager of Jietu Automobile International Marketing Company, deeply participating in the practice of Chinese brand going global. In March 2025, he joined Serys as the rotating president of overseas BU, focusing on promoting the implementation of Serys' globalization strategy.
Currently, Guangzhou Automobile Group's international business is developing rapidly. Guangzhou Automobile Group's overseas sales increased by 67.6% for the whole year last year, and the export volume of independent brands exceeded 100000 vehicles for the first time, with a year-on-year growth rate of 92.3%. In the first three quarters of this year, GAC's overseas terminal sales increased by 36.5% year-on-year, and its business has covered 85 countries and regions, with more than 570 sales outlets.
To support its globalization strategy, GAC Group has recently launched multiple core position recruitment campaigns worldwide. Industry analysis suggests that the addition of Chen Jiacai will help Guangzhou Automobile Group integrate overseas channel resources and optimize its localization operation strategy.
