On the 12th, China successfully organized and implemented the second tethered ignition test of the Long March 10 series carrier rockets at the Wenchang Space Launch Site, completing all scheduled tethered ignition tests as planned. At 15:00 on the same day, with the ignition command issued by the test command center, seven engines of the rocket's first stage test products were ignited simultaneously. Multiple test processes were completed according to the predetermined program, with a total test time of 320 seconds. The key assessment was the ability of the seven parallel engines of the rocket's first stage to work under low working conditions and start the second ignition. Complete test data was obtained, and the test was a complete success. As of now, the two planned tethered ignition tests have been completed, comprehensively verifying the performance of the rocket's first stage seven engine power system and the correctness and reliability of the recovery section work program design, marking a breakthrough in the initial sample development of the Long March 10 series carrier rocket.
