On the morning of September 12th, more than a hundred days after announcing bankruptcy reorganization, the first creditors' meeting of the bankruptcy reorganization case of Nezha Automobile brand operator Hezhong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. was officially held in online form. The administrator disclosed that as of August 31, a total of 1631 creditors (Hezhong New Energy) have filed claims with the court, with a total amount of over 26 billion yuan. Among them, a total of 1340 claims have been reviewed and confirmed, with a total confirmed amount of about 5.1 billion yuan. In addition to the above-mentioned creditors, as of the end of August 2025, Hezhong New Energy and its affiliated companies still owe more than 5000 employees a total of approximately 460 million yuan in wages, economic compensation, subsidies and benefits, reimbursement payments, housing provident fund, etc.
