China Telecom: Appointing Liu Guiqing as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company

On May 16th, China Telecom announced that the company's board of directors has agreed to appoint Liu Guiqing as the company's president and chief operating officer, no longer serving as the company's executive vice president. The term of office will start from the date of approval by the board of directors and end at the company's 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in 2026.
