According to equity information, Tianyi Research Institute has added a new shareholder, "Wuxi Liangxi Science and Technology Innovation Industry Investment Phase II Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)" (referred to as "Bohua Capital"), with a shareholding ratio of 7.3171%. At the same time, the shares of 17 original shareholders including Beijing Guoke Huanyu Technology Co., Ltd., Yang Feng, and Ren Weijia decreased.
According to the official website of Tianyi Research Institute, the company is one of the pioneers of international light and small commercial SAR remote sensing satellites, focusing on SAR constellation construction and SAR satellite data services. The first generation of lightweight commercial SAR remote sensing satellite TYSAR currently under development has the characteristics of multi frequency band, multi polarization, anti-interference, and heavy orbit interference mode.
