Hangzhou: By 2025, a preliminary urban low altitude comprehensive management service platform will be established

On December 3rd, the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government released the "Action Plan for Promoting the Construction of New Urban Infrastructure in Hangzhou (2025-2027)", which proposes to promote the development of low altitude economy. Build a comprehensive management service platform for urban low altitude, with functions such as airspace approval, route declaration, and flight activity supervision, to promote the unified management of urban low altitude flight activities. Accelerate the construction of low altitude infrastructure, carry out the layout of low altitude air route network, and build supporting facilities for communication, navigation, surveillance, meteorology and other flight support. By 2025, a preliminary urban low altitude comprehensive management service platform will be established. By 2027, more than 275 low altitude aircraft takeoff and landing sites (points) will be built, over 500 low altitude air routes will be opened, and the urban low altitude comprehensive management service platform will achieve military civilian collaboration, city level data resource integration, and low altitude AI empowerment.
