Ideal Automobile held an internal meeting today to announce the adjustment of the organizational structure of its sales and service system. The "Five Great War Zones" set up by region in March this year were abolished and replaced with 23 zones directly managed by the headquarters covering the whole country. Ideal hopes to invest all resources in supporting frontline experts and building user operation capabilities centered around stores.
Han Xi, the former head of the Central District of the Five Great War Zone, will serve as the head of Ideal Sales Business and report directly to Ideal Automobile President Ma Donghui.
The Ideal Sales Service System currently belongs to the "Intelligent Automobile Group" led by Ma Donghui. This group was formed in June this year by combining the R&D and supply group, sales and service group, with the goal of achieving user oriented value creation, value transmission, and closed-loop management through business collaboration between the R&D, supply, sales, and service departments.
After the revocation of the "Five Great War Zones" structure, the Ideal Sales and Service System will adopt a regional management model of "regions+war zones". Currently, there are a total of 23 regions, similar to the previous management model based on provinces ("provincial system").
The new sales business leader Han Xi graduated from the School of Automotive Engineering at Tongji University in 2011 and joined Ideal in 2016. He was one of the main drivers of the early development stage of Ideal's sales system. In March of this year, after the establishment of the "Five Great War Zones" in the Ideal Southeast, Northwest, and Central regions, he was transferred from the sales business leader to the central region leader.
In addition, the ideal service business department will be led by Zhai Shaohui, and the sales support department will be led by Lv Renming.
This adjustment is an ideal restructuring of the sales and service system in the context of rapid changes in the market environment and significantly increased competitive pressure, and does not involve other business departments for the time being. Artificial intelligence, as one of the important business directions at present, is still managed by CEO Li Xiang.
