According to the draft opinion, by 2030, the added value of the marine industry will exceed 450 billion yuan, the independent innovation capability of marine science and technology will be significantly enhanced, the demonstration effect of marine economic innovation will be significantly improved, and a world-class modern marine industry system of "3+5+X" will be basically formed. By 2035, the comprehensive strength of marine economy will rank among the top coastal cities in the world, and an internationally leading modern marine city will be fully built.
Building a digital infrastructure for the ocean. Establish a joint innovation laboratory for shipping logistics big data, a public platform for shipping data such as the China Shipping Database, and build a shipping computing power service center. Build a high-energy marine comprehensive database, actively establish the Yangtze River Delta branch of the National Marine Science Data Center, and explore the establishment of an international marine big data center.
Enrich the application scenarios of digitalization. Develop smart ports and shipping services, and improve port operation efficiency, ship management capabilities, and shipping service efficiency by integrating technologies such as large-scale models, the Internet of Things, 5G communication, and automation equipment. Develop ocean smart tourism products and services, relying on virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) digital technologies, to provide immersive experiences in ocean culture and tourism.
Create a product matrix for ocean intelligent equipment. Vigorously promote the development of the field of intelligent marine robots, develop new intelligent underwater robots and autonomous connection systems, intelligent robots with underwater navigation and crawling capabilities, promote the development of underwater soft robots and surface intelligent unmanned transportation equipment, and build cross domain multi platform intelligent robot systems such as submarines, surface and near surface robots, amphibious low altitude aircraft, etc.
In terms of immersive experience, ArtSea, the first immersive ocean science popularization base in China with "ocean metaverse" as its core, has opened a trial operation in Qingdao. The base integrates eight art forms including literature, music, painting, sculpture, and drama through a 270 degree open scene, breaking the boundaries of traditional art museums, science museums, and aquariums, and bringing visitors a brand new marine cultural tourism experience.
