HERE withdraws from its joint venture with NavInfo

According to Qichacha, on December 18th, Beijing Tuxin Hanhe Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a shareholder change, and HERE Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd (referred to as "HERE") withdrew from the shareholder list. Beijing Siwei Tuxin Technology Co., Ltd.'s shareholding ratio increased from 50% to 100%. According to the company profile, Tuxin Hanhe was founded in May 2017 and is a map service provider based on the HERE global location service platform and high-quality domestic data resources from NavInfo.
