Kingsoft Cloud: Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer He Haijian Resigns

On the evening of June 11th, Kingsoft Cloud announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that He Haijian had resigned as the company's executive director and chief financial officer due to other personal arrangements, effective from June 30th, 2025. After He Haijian resigned, he no longer served as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee under the board of directors. The company plans to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer in a timely manner. The board of directors and senior management will continue to fully implement the company's strategic priorities and have confidence in the company's long-term prospects.
