Guangting Information: Intends to acquire 100% equity of Kaima Technology for 360 million yuan

On June 10th, Guangting Information announced that the company plans to purchase 100% equity of Chengdu Kaima Technology Co., Ltd. from 13 counterparties including Suzhou Yousheng Technology Co., Ltd. by paying cash, with a transaction price of 360 million yuan. Among them, the company plans to use over raised funds of 180 million yuan to pay part of the acquisition price for this transaction, and the remaining part will be paid using its own or self raised funds. After the completion of this transaction, Kaima Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company and be included in the consolidated financial statements of the listed company.
