ByteDance Volcano Engine denies collaborating with Lao Fengxiang to create AI smart glasses

Recently, according to Sina Technology, multiple AI glasses jointly developed by Lao Fengxiang and ByteDance's Volcano Engine will be officially released in July. This news is seen by the industry as ByteDance joining hands with Lao Fengxiang to enter the AI glasses market. On June 12th, the person in charge of Volcano Engine stated that Volcano Engine has no plans to collaborate with Lao Fengxiang to create AI smart glasses. In fact, on June 11th at the International Elderly Care, Assistive Devices and Rehabilitation Medical Expo and the Volcano Engine Power Conference, Lao Fengxiang's AI glasses were officially unveiled. It is reported that this pair of glasses has functions such as voice navigation, real-time translation, intelligent assisted reading, and emotional dialogue, and is connected to the Doubao big model behind it.
