The Lijian-1 Y10 carrier rocket has been successfully delivered from the factory

Recently, the Lijian-1 Y10 carrier rocket completed its final assembly testing as scheduled at the Zhongke Aerospace Industrialization Base and successfully passed the factory review. It will carry out the "One Rocket, Seven Stars" launch mission at the Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Experimental Zone in August. The Lijian-1 Y10 carrier rocket has further reduced its own weight, effectively improved its carrying capacity, and fully demonstrated its advantages of "lighter weight and stronger carrying capacity". On the one hand, the innovation of satellite brackets has improved assembly efficiency and space utilization. For the first time, a new configuration of satellite support has been adopted to achieve vertical assembly of satellite payloads, significantly optimizing the utilization of space inside the fairing. On the other hand, the weight reduction and efficiency enhancement of the rocket body structure have improved the efficiency and carrying capacity of the rocket structure. The first application of the "de adapter frame" design in the four stage rocket body structure reduces the weight of the rocket's upper stage structure by 5.03%. At the same time, the layout of the cables inside the rocket was optimized, and the telemetry points of the entire rocket were reduced by 60.7%. The weight of the cables inside the fairing was reduced by 44.6%, releasing more payload space for the rocket.
