We will also support the development of intelligent platforms, industry models, and industry intelligent agents driven by industrial large-scale models. Guangxi supports several policy measures for "artificial intelligence+manufacturing"
In order to thoroughly implement the decision of the Party Committee and Government of the Autonomous Region to accelerate the high-quality development of artificial intelligence and the spirit of the Guangxi "Artificial Intelligence+Manufacturing" Action Plan (2025-2027), strengthen the artificial intelligence industry in our region, and promote the empowerment of new industrialization with artificial intelligence, the following policy measures are formulated.
1、 Support the industrialization of intelligent products. Support the industrialization and production line construction projects of intelligent products such as intelligent vehicles and intelligent mobile terminals, as well as core components and parts such as intelligent chips and sensors. 3、 Create a batch of iconic artificial intelligence products. A batch of AI hardware and software products will be selected, and one-time rewards will be given to enterprises that have the potential for large-scale application and industrial development and have obtained the record of generative AI services from the State Internet Information Office.
4、 Create benchmark application scenarios. Supporting enterprises to implement intelligent transformation using artificial intelligence technology, realizing the intelligence of the main processes and key links in production and manufacturing, with a focus on creating a number of benchmark application scenarios with promotional value and leading role in characteristic advantageous industries such as metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, and sugar. For eligible projects, a maximum subsidy of no more than 5 million yuan will be given to each enterprise based on no more than 25% of the total project investment.
5、 Building high-quality industrial datasets. Support enterprises, universities, research institutions, etc. to build high-quality industrial datasets through collection, cleaning, labeling, evaluation, and other methods. Encourage the use of integrated intelligent public data platforms and other open datasets. Rewards of up to 3 million yuan will be given based on data type, scale, quality, and open sharing.
6、 Support the construction of technology innovation platforms. Encourage enterprises to establish national and autonomous region level enterprise technology centers, manufacturing innovation centers, and other scientific and technological innovation platforms in the field of artificial intelligence. For innovation platforms that have been recognized as national level industrial technology basic public service platforms, manufacturing pilot bases, and manufacturing innovation centers, one-time rewards will be given.
7、 Support the development of industrial agglomeration. Support various cities to accelerate the cultivation of artificial intelligence characteristic industry clusters, cultivate national and autonomous region level advanced manufacturing industry clusters, create national artificial intelligence innovation application pilot zones and national and autonomous region level small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industry clusters, and provide financial support to eligible cluster areas and clusters.
8、 Strengthen talent attraction and education. Intensify efforts to attract and cultivate talents in the artificial intelligence industry, and support manufacturing enterprises in introducing urgently needed and scarce talents. Relying on national and autonomous region talent projects, as well as the Guangxi Manufacturing Talent Support Program, we aim to cultivate leading and high skilled talents in the field of "artificial intelligence+manufacturing". Encourage manufacturing enterprises to jointly build industry education integration platforms and training bases with universities and research institutes, and jointly cultivate composite industry talents.
9、 Gather and empower service resources. Select enterprises with successful experience in empowering the manufacturing industry with artificial intelligence, establish a "Artificial Intelligence+Manufacturing" service provider database, and sign service agencies for the training, nurturing, and strengthening of manufacturing enterprises in Guangxi that meet the conditions. Based on the Guangxi Small and Medium sized Enterprise Public Service Platform, carry out docking activities, gather high-quality service resources, provide artificial intelligence applications and computing power services, and promote the landing of artificial intelligence technology in the manufacturing industry scene.
10、 Organize the promotion and dissemination of benchmark cases. Collect cases of artificial intelligence empowering new industrialization on a quarterly basis, utilize mainstream media and new media platforms in the region to promote and advertise, carry out activities such as "100 roadshows", monthly salons, weekly meetings, and "benchmarking research and learning", set up benchmark case promotion columns, promote the sharing of excellent case resources among all parties, and achieve experience exchange and common development in the industry.
This policy measure shall come into effect from the date of issuance and shall be valid until December 31, 2027. The support objects are mainly industrial enterprises, software and information technology service enterprises (the robot industry support policy shall be formulated separately). The application conditions and application path shall be subject to the application notice issued by the Industry and Information Technology Department of the autonomous region. If this policy measure is inconsistent with other similar policies in the autonomous region, it shall be supported according to the principle of "priority and non repetition", and the specific interpretation work shall be undertaken by the Industry and Information Technology Department of the autonomous region. Encourage all districts and cities to formulate support policies and measures for "artificial intelligence+manufacturing" in accordance with this policy.
