From July 7th to 9th, 2025, Ding Xuexiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, conducted research in Heilongjiang and Jilin. Ding Xuexiang visited various enterprises such as CRRC Changke, Changguang Satellite, Boshi Co., Ltd., and CNOOC Netherlands to learn about their technology research and development, as well as production and operation situations.
