Recently, Jinan City has been making frequent movements in the low altitude field, gradually outlining a new ecological outline of Jinan's urban low altitude economy from application scenarios to technical support and commercial landing.

On April 18th, the "Jinan Low Altitude" APP beta version was launched at the Jinan Low Altitude Full Area and Full Scene Application and Kunpeng Intelligent Flying System launch event. This is the first low altitude economic digital platform in China. The platform is equipped with four functional modules: a flight plan declaration system, an equipment purchase and rental dual selection mall, a 30+scenario intelligent service matrix, and a pilot career growth community, to build a three-dimensional urban ecosystem at your fingertips.

Jinan Low altitude Economic Development Co., Ltd. has pioneered a dedicated drone delivery line for medical inspection samples within the province, while simultaneously expanding drug delivery services; Equipped with laser methane detection equipment and high-definition cameras, it enables intelligent inspection of gas users in "no encounter" scenarios; Using drone thermal imaging to identify hidden dangers in the heating pipeline network and ensure people's safety. In response to the job market, the APP has established a closed-loop system of "training certification acceptance", providing a crash course for low altitude driver's licenses, from theory to practice, to help practitioners quickly obtain qualifications and achieve employment.

At the same time, innovation has created a low altitude economic social ecosystem, where Feiyou can generate revenue through "skill crowdsourcing" orders, broaden career development opportunities, and form the first low altitude economic practitioner community in the country. On April 18th, Jinan Low altitude Economic Development Company, together with Qilu Aerospace Information Research Institute and Shensi Electronics, officially released the "Kunpeng Zhifei Digital Low altitude Flight Management Service System 1.0".

Kunpeng Zhifei System can be simply summarized as a low altitude air traffic management and service support system, which is the "brain" of urban air traffic in Jinan City. Just like ground transportation with "traffic lights" indicating and "high morality" for navigation, solving the problem of how to go and where to go.

So, how to solve the problems of how to fly, where to fly, and how to fly safely in the air? The Kunpeng Intelligent Flying System utilizes the most advanced technology from Qilu Aerospace Information Research Institute, enabling low altitude flight to be visible, audible, controllable, penalized, and accurately landed.

The system independently develops a digital earth base to construct centimeter level realistic 3D modeling, integrating Beidou enhanced positioning, new radar arrays, and 5G-A communication technology to increase the carrying capacity of airspace traffic by three times. It creates a "sky, air, and ground" three-dimensional perception network, achieving a low altitude target recognition accuracy of 95%. It also creates an intelligent flight rule knowledge base to support synchronous processing of 10000 target flights, and applies digital twin engines to achieve 30 second intelligent decision response. The system breaks through development bottlenecks such as airspace management, surveillance communication, and flight safety through these five core technologies.

At the same time, the system has also implemented "one window acceptance, one click approval, and one network management" for low altitude flights, increasing approval efficiency by 60%. Low altitude operating companies and aviation enthusiasts can easily apply for flight plans through the "Jinan Low Altitude" app; At the same time, accompanying meteorological, intelligence, and conflict warning services can also be obtained during the flight, providing full process services from planning declaration to intelligent supervision for low altitude flights.

The next step is to deepen the dual wheel drive of "precise supervision+intelligent services", and build a low altitude service network covering Jinan City and surrounding areas within three years, contributing to the national Jinan plan of "precise supervision, intelligent decision-making, standardized services, and ecological operation".

The application of low altitude economy is supported by a series of technologies. Jinan is proactively laying out the aerospace information industry, building various innovative platforms, and continuously promoting the deep integration of cutting-edge technology and industry in aerospace information.
