On May 30th, Tudatong announced that it had reached a cooperation agreement with a leading Chinese automotive group and obtained designated models for multiple of its brands. Tudatong will serve as the exclusive supplier of LiDAR and provide 905nm Lingque series E1X products for these models.
Tudatong stated that this cooperation is an important milestone in the company's commercialization process, representing a significant leap in both quality and quantity in terms of customer status, product categories, and number of vehicle models.
The designated automobile group this time is the leader of China's automobile industry, ranking among the top in terms of vehicle sales for 24 years. This fixed-point includes independent brands, global brands, and new energy brands under the group, covering several vehicle models, and will be put into mass production in 2026. Public information shows that these brands have a wide and deep user base in China and even globally, and it is expected that the sales of the designated models will reach hundreds of thousands in the next three years.
In fact, based on the cumulative shipment of over 500000 units of 1550nm Falcon series LiDAR, Tudatong has firmly established itself in the automotive grade LiDAR market. This time, the 905nm Lingque E1X product will be provided for several car models - as a long-range main view LiDAR product, it adopts cutting-edge electronic optical technology to achieve a combination of small size and strong performance.
Previously, the Lingque E1X had already been designated by a leading new energy vehicle company and began mass production this year. This time, it has been designated by the host factory again, which proves its advantages such as high resolution, long detection range, small body, and low energy consumption, and has been recognized by automotive customers.
