In Huawei's recruitment announcement, there are three requirements for job seekers: academic pioneers, technical enthusiasm, and innovative thinking. Job seekers need to have excellent academic performance, solid mathematical foundation and continuous learning ability, or possess heavyweight scientific research achievements/papers/patents, or have won awards in top international competitions. They also need to have a firm technical belief and enthusiasm in the field of artificial intelligence, and aspire to become a technological leader.
In terms of remuneration, Huawei Recruitment stated that it will provide competitive salaries within the industry. In addition, Huawei will provide opportunities for new employees to overcome global cutting-edge AI technology challenges, participate in building world leading large-scale model projects, and have the chance to work with Turing Award and Fields Medal winners.
