After announcing the joint launch of a new car with CATL and GAC Group, JD.com is also actively recruiting automotive talents.

On a certain recruitment platform, JD.com is recruiting positions such as procurement and sales, algorithm engineers, investment promotion, backend engineers, and marketing managers.

Among them, the maximum annual salary for the algorithm position in the retail business unit can reach 1.23 million yuan (35k-65k * 19 salary), requiring mature experience in algorithms, deep learning, large models and other technologies.

The annual salary of the person in charge of procurement and sales in the automotive industry exceeds 1.1 million yuan (45k-70k * 16 salary), requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience, familiarity with the automotive parts procurement process and supply chain management.

On October 14th, JD.com announced at the 2025 JD 11.11 Global Goods Festival that it will jointly launch a new energy vehicle with CATL's Time Electric Service and GAC Group.

According to informed sources, the car is expected to be priced between 100000 and 120000 yuan and may adopt Ningde Times' chocolate battery swapping model. The new car will be exclusively sold on the JD platform and is expected to be officially released during the Double Eleven period.

JD stated that in this tripartite cooperation, JD is mainly responsible for providing user consumption insights and exclusive sales and after-sales services, and does not directly participate in the vehicle manufacturing process. Guangqi Ai'an also responded that the research and manufacturing of the new car are the responsibility of Guangqi Ai'an, and JD.com only provides sales support.
