On October 21st, the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued the "Action Plan for Empowering High Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry with Artificial Intelligence in Guangdong Province (2025-2027)". The plan points out the development and growth of empowering application carriers. Support the construction of national level artificial intelligence application pilot bases in cities such as Shenzhen and Dongguan, and carry out industrial model application, pilot testing, system adaptation and other work. Support the construction of tailored intelligent training ground systems in cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, providing data training and verification support. Build an open source community and ecosystem center for artificial intelligence, and promote enterprises to develop industrial models based on open source big models. Cultivate provincial-level manufacturing digital transformation promotion centers, provide one-stop services such as product selection, scenario incubation, and application promotion, and create national level promotion centers. Encourage the construction of platform carriers such as artificial intelligence empowerment centers, large model centers, and industrial model supermarkets.
