On June 15th, Baidu officially announced the launch of a large-scale AI talent recruitment for the 2026 graduates. It is reported that the number of positions in this recruitment plan has increased by more than 60% compared to previous years, covering 23 core business departments and 11 technical research directions of Baidu, mainly focusing on the forefront of artificial intelligence, including large model algorithms, large model infrastructure, machine learning, speech technology, intelligent agents and many other fields.
It is reported that Baidu will provide tens of thousands of card level computing power resources support for the selected AIDU talents, and open up business scenarios with a user base of billions for them to participate in actual project development. Each talent will receive a personalized training program and be equipped with dedicated technical expert mentors for one-on-one guidance.
It is reported that in order to recruit top campus talents, AIDU plans to offer unlimited salaries. Industry insiders have analyzed that Baidu's large-scale recruitment of top technical talents is also an early layout for future AI competition.
