The Measures include 10 specific provisions, including 5 supportive clauses, mainly involving strengthening platform support, industrial supporting facilities, expanding scene applications, strengthening brand building, and creating characteristic industrial parks. These measures aim to comprehensively enhance the overall development level of the industrial chain through step-by-step cultivation, encouraging innovative research and development, improving the supply of new products, and supporting the implementation of major projects.
Promote the integration and innovation of intelligent terminal devices, ultra high definition cameras, ultra high definition lightweight production and broadcasting systems, audio and video encoding and decoding systems, and other products with artificial intelligence, XR virtual production, metaverse, digital humans, naked eye 3D, VR/AR, 5G/6G and other technologies, and create a number of innovative projects in the fields of smart education, smart tourism, smart travel, urban management, medical and health care. Each project will be given a maximum of 1 million yuan, and no more than 5 projects will be selected during the policy's validity period.
Support enterprise innovation in 4K/8K televisions AR/VR、 Micro projection, wearable, ultra high definition recording devices and other display product forms support enterprises in developing system level solutions for automotive, commercial display, medical, education, e-sports, cinema LED, electronic paper and other fields, as well as ultra high definition large screen products for innovative applications such as virtual shooting, which can enjoy the first (set) policy support.
Guide enterprises to strengthen brand building, support the large-scale production of intelligent display terminals such as new ultra high definition televisions, flexible display terminals, ultra high definition cameras, AR/VR smart wearable devices, Mini/Micro LED screens, etc., and enhance the market share and competitiveness of brand terminal products. Provide terminal enterprises with a maximum support of 1 million yuan for brands with strong production and sales in the current year.
Publicly soliciting intelligent wearable demonstration characteristic industrial parks, after comprehensive evaluation, based on the degree of rental concessions provided by the selected park parties, the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation enterprises, and the industrial agglomeration effect, an annual support of no more than 3 million yuan will be given. During the effective period of the policy, no more than 2 demonstration characteristic industrial parks will be supported.
In the field of metaverse, the Nine Measures of Metaverse in Nansha District provide strong policy support and guarantee for the development of Guangzhou's metaverse industry, attracting numerous enterprises and projects to land. The continuous emergence of metaverse application scenarios in fields such as cultural tourism and industrial manufacturing has brought new opportunities for the upgrading of traditional industries.
