On April 30th, Taibo News reported that Zhongke Xingtu (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announced that it had sold 35% of its equity in its subsidiary Zhongke Xingtu Deep Sea Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingtu Deep Sea") for 29.841835 million yuan through public listing and transfer on the Beijing Property Rights Exchange. After the completion of this transaction, the company's ownership of Star Map Deep Sea has decreased from 65% to 30%, and only one director has been nominated to its board of directors (out of a total of three members of Star Map Deep Sea's board of directors). Star Map Deep Sea has changed from a holding subsidiary to a participating company, and Star Map Deep Sea and its subsidiaries are no longer included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
Specifically, Gongqingcheng Xingtu Haina Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Gongqingcheng Hongshan Shuzhi Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Hangzhou Tongchuang Xingtu Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tongchuang Xingtu"), Shenzhen Yunju Xinghui Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Beijing Dalin Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Chaos Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chaos Investment") respectively acquired 7%, 8%, 5%, 5%, 5%, and 5% equity of Deep Sea Xingtu.
Among them, Chaos Investment is the core investment platform of private equity tycoon Ge Weidong. The announcement shows that Ge Weidong and Wang Ping respectively hold 83.2573% and 10.6328% equity of Chaos Investment, making them the top two shareholders of the company.
According to the data, Xingtu Deep Sea, formerly known as Quanquan Information, was established in April 2014 and headquartered in Hangzhou. In July 2023, Zhongke Xingtu spent 14.3684 million yuan to acquire 65% equity of Quanquan Information, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company. In August 2023, Quanquan Information was renamed Star Map Deep Sea, mainly engaged in the development of deep sea sensing equipment, deep sea "three inspections" services, and deep sea data services.
