On June 23rd, according to blogger @ Smart Pikachu, Huawei's new three fold folding device is tentatively scheduled to be released in September. Previously, it was announced that it would be named Mate XT 2.

One of the biggest highlights of the new aircraft is the LEO satellite Internet system being tested, which can realize direct Internet access without signal.

In fact, the Huawei Mate X6 classic released at the end of last year has taken the lead in launching the world's first three network satellite communication and joined the low orbit satellite Internet.

At that time, Yu Chengdong revealed at the press conference that the LEO satellite Internet system was still under test, and it was expected that the mass test would be launched in the second half of 2025.

This function will be implemented based on China's "Thousand Sail Constellation", known as the "G60 Star Chain" satellite, which is led by the Songjiang District of Shanghai.

According to the plan, by the end of 2030, the "Qianfan Constellation" will ultimately build a network of over 10000 low orbit broadband multimedia satellites.

The flat plate type high-throughput broadband communication satellite is placed in the low orbit, which has the advantages of being close to the ground, low cost, low power consumption, wide coverage, low delay, and can provide satellite Internet services with large bandwidth, low delay, high quality, high security, and global coverage.

According to experts, 14000 satellites are sufficient to cover most of our human living areas.
