He pointed out that the Baidu Maps Open Platform has accumulated over 3.8 million registered developers, and more than 600000 mobile apps have been developed using Baidu Maps API. "Baidu Maps released a new map AI open platform at the conference, which includes four major capabilities of deep openness and five major scenarios of deep application.
It is reported that the four major capabilities of deep openness refer to data openness, MCP openness, engine capability openness (2D and 3D integrated map rendering engine), and intelligent agent openness (Xiaodu Thinking - Transportation Edition and Xiaodu Thinking - Insight Edition); The five major deep application scenarios refer to two wheeled vehicles, smart watches, glasses, unmanned delivery, and flight navigation. For example, the industry's first smart glasses full scene navigation solution integrates map voice models and map visual models. In Yan Sunrong's view, "glasses navigation is likely to become the trend in the industry"; In addition, Baidu's digital twin map is linked with low altitude flight navigation to create high-precision low altitude 3D twins for cities based on the needs of the new generation of low altitude aircraft cabin navigation.
