According to the latest revelation, the Baojun brand under SAIC GM Wuling plans to launch a new model, which will be equipped with Huawei ADS advanced intelligent driving solution.
The report pointed out that Huawei's intelligent assisted driving solution has a high cost, with a single solution costing between 20000 and 30000 yuan. Previously, it mainly targeted the market of car models priced above 300000 yuan. But Huawei is also constantly radiating lower price ranges for car models, reaching down to the 200000 yuan level, such as the Deep Blue car equipped with Huawei ADS SE solution, and the "Shangjie" brand that SAIC and Huawei will launch. Huawei is also exploring and refining a more complete product matrix internally, leveraging the market for car models ranging from entry-level to million yuan luxury cars.
The new car planned by the Baojun brand is an SUV equipped with LiDAR, which will be launched as early as the end of the year with a price range of approximately 150000 to 250000 yuan. This is also the first time that Huawei's LiDAR intelligent assisted driving system has dropped below 200000 yuan. At that time, this will become the most expensive model of the Baojun brand, but it may also become one of the cheapest Huawei intelligent assisted driving cooperation models with LiDAR.
