According to the information, Ma Rubing was born in April 1976, is 49 years old this year, and holds a master's degree in engineering.
Ma Rubing has served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance in the Enterprise Strategy Department of China Telecom Group. This time, he has been promoted from the position of Director of Corporate Governance in the Enterprise Strategy Department of the Group, which is equivalent to being promoted from a third level manager to a second level deputy cadre.
It is reported that Tiantong Satellite Technology (Shenzhen) Company was established at the end of 2024, and China Telecom Group Satellite Communication Company, which was previously established in 2009, has been merged into this new company. Not long ago this year, there was a change in the position of General Manager of the company, with Zhang Xin, former General Manager of the Group Procurement Supply Chain Management Center, taking over from his predecessor Yang Lingcai.
