Recently, the "Water Conservancy Standard AI Large Model" independently developed by the Chinese Academy of Water Sciences based on multi-source corpus, organized by the National Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Water Resources, was officially released and applied in the special evaluation of water conservancy technical standards.
This model is based on the "SkyLIM" system of the Chinese Academy of Water Sciences, and adopts the technical architecture of "massive knowledge base+DeepSeek/Qwen dual model+standard service". It deeply integrates natural language processing, knowledge graph, multimodal data fusion and other technologies, realizing the digital and intelligent management of the entire life cycle of water conservancy standard initiation, formulation, implementation and supervision, filling the gap of intelligent tools in China's water conservancy standardization field. It is the latest achievement of using AI intelligent technology in water conservancy standardization management work.
This model integrates more than 1800 water conservancy and hydropower standards, over 500 water conservancy related laws, regulations, policy documents, etc., "13th Five Year Plan" and "14th Five Year Plan" water conservancy scientific research achievements, core journal papers such as "Journal of Water Resources" and "Progress of Water Science", as well as 280000 patents, a catalog of advanced practical water conservancy technologies and scientific and technological achievements promoted in the past 10 years, and other multi-source corpora, which are continuously updated dynamically. Equipped with a domain adaptive DeepSeek/Qwen dual model base, it has been professionally trained to possess the ability to analyze water conservancy terminology and recognize water conservancy standards at the expert level. Based on advanced semantic algorithms, it realizes cross text intelligent comparison, and has multi-dimensional functions such as AI intelligent duplicate checking comparison, query, preparation, review, evaluation, prediction, promotion and implementation of water conservancy standards, effectively improving the coordination, timeliness and progressiveness of standards. In practical applications, the accuracy of plagiarism comparison exceeds 96.7%, the efficiency of standard preparation is increased by 2.5 times, the efficiency of standard evaluation and review is increased by 3 times, the accuracy of standard retrieval is over 99.5%, and the efficiency is increased by more than 5 times, significantly improving the efficiency of standard management.
Next, we will continue to increase our research and development efforts, expand relevant resources, enrich our knowledge base, and implement dynamic management to fully support the AI intelligent management practice of water conservancy standards. This will provide assistance for improving the technical standard system for new water conservancy productivity and building an advanced and practical water conservancy technology support system.
