According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shenzhen Qiyu Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, adding Tianjin Sanhuai Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd., both subsidiaries of Meituan, as shareholders. The registered capital increased from approximately 5.56 million RMB to approximately 6.21 million RMB, while some key personnel underwent changes. According to Qichacha Information, the company was established in 2020, with Zhao Kaiyong as its legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, and research and development of intelligent robots.
