Hefei Guotou's acquisition of Chen'an Technology Co., Ltd. has become the fourth largest shareholder

On June 25th, Hefei State owned Capital Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hefei Guotou"), a subsidiary of Hefei Construction Investment Group, acquired 14580000 shares of Beijing Chen'an Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chen'an Technology") held by Shanghai Ruiwei Railway Technology Co., Ltd., and successfully registered the equity change on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. After the transfer of this agreement, Hefei Guotou holds a total of 16793370 shares of Chen'an Technology, increasing its shareholding ratio to 7.22%, becoming its fourth largest shareholder.
