Starting from nine aspects, the "Work Points" focus on the "1158" target task system of building a clear, prosperous, civilized, harmonious, and beautiful new Yulin, continuously promoting the upgrading of cultural shaping cities, and accelerating the construction of regional cultural center cities.
Innovative cultural tourism consumption new scenarios. Actively utilizing modern technologies such as AI, digital twins, and metaverse to empower and enhance cultural consumption experiences in intangible cultural heritage display, film and television production, artistic creation, digital cultural exhibitions, concerts, and live shows, and to create regional cultural consumption centers. Develop a new business model of "youthful consumption", carry out a series of activities such as rural concerts and RV camping according to local conditions, and enhance the attractiveness of Yulin's cultural tourism to the youth group.
Strengthen regional cooperation and exchange. Strengthen cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation among Yulin, Zhanjiang, and Maoming cities, and jointly create a number of regional brands. Strengthen the construction of smart tourism, build and enhance the Yulin high-speed railway station cultural and tourism promotion experience center, and create an artificial intelligence cultural and tourism scene demonstration point.
Accelerate the improvement of tourism infrastructure. Improve the digital tourism application system, accelerate the construction of smart tourism cities, scenic spots, and rural areas, and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of tourism public service facilities. Organize and carry out the grading of tourism public service facilities such as urban tourism distribution centers, automobile tourism camps, and tourist toilets.
As an integrated innovation and application field of the new generation of information technology, the metaverse is leveraging core technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, spatial computing, digital twins, and human-computer interaction to promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, forming an advanced form.
As an important hub for China ASEAN digital cooperation, Guangxi's digital economy scale has exceeded 1.2 trillion yuan by 2024. Its core artificial intelligence industry has maintained a growth rate of over 15% for three consecutive years, and has formed a first mover advantage in fields such as industrial metaverse, cultural and tourism digital twins, and cross-border digital trade.
Among them, Yulin City actively promotes the deep integration of digital economy, artificial intelligence and real economy by relying on the construction of "Yulin Smart Valley". In the first quarter of this year, the GDP of Yulin City increased by 6.3% year-on-year, higher than the average level in Guangxi. The number of artificial intelligence related enterprises in the city has reached over 700, and through models such as "cross-border AI+intelligent equipment", it has promoted a 285.3% increase in foreign trade imports and exports, ranking first in Guangxi in terms of growth rate.
In terms of regional development, Beiliu City focuses on the "artificial intelligence+toys" industry, driving the development of upstream and downstream enterprises such as molds, plastic raw materials, sewing, hardware, electronics, packaging, etc., forming an industrial cluster with a total output value of about 4 billion yuan. Fumian District is promoting the "artificial intelligence+textile" model, combining traditional textile techniques with modern intelligent manufacturing technology, gathering more than 3000 denim textile and clothing operators, with an annual production of 1.2 billion pieces (sets) of clothing and an annual output value exceeding 30 billion yuan.
In addition, Yulin also pays attention to the use of Internet thinking, focusing on new business forms and new scenes of cultural tourism, and has launched a series of popular short videos of card punching strategies. It has successfully created popular cultural activities such as the New Folk Song Conference, Loong Boat Race, and country concerts, and shaped the cultural IP of "trendy Yulin". At the same time, "Hundred Years of Calligraphy, Uphold the Mountain -- High Mountain Village Ancient Folk House Mural Painting VR Exhibition" has "moved" offline ancient folk house murals to the Internet, providing a variety of experience methods such as interaction, drag and zoom, and brought people an immersive experience of watching the exhibition.
According to the Three Year Action Plan for the Development of Guangxi's Cultural and Tourism Industry, efforts will be made to promote the creation of national cultural and tourism consumption demonstration cities in Nanning, Guilin, Beihai, Guigang, and Yulin, and to increase efforts to create national level tourism and leisure cities, national level tourism and leisure blocks, and other brands.

Promote cultural and tourism enterprises to "go cloud and use data to empower intelligence", create a number of digital cultural and tourism benchmark projects and products based on characteristic cultural and tourism IPs and cultural relics revitalization, cultivate new forms of digital cultural and tourism consumption such as smart scenic spots, cloud tourism, digital entertainment, digital art, immersive experience, interactive experience games, and cultural and tourism metaverse.
