It is reported that the scope of this solicitation focuses on the major application scenarios under construction in the metaverse field of this city that combine digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, perceptual interaction, and new generation communication to achieve scene empowerment, superposition, and multiplication. The main track directions are in the industrial field, cultural and tourism field, medical field, transportation field, urban governance field, etc.
The collection scenarios should benchmark the forefront, have a leading and driving role in the metaverse field of various tracks, and can form a benchmark demonstration effect in this city and even in China, with replicability and promotability; The construction direction of each application scenario should meet the requirements of the metaverse scenario, and the construction content should include at least three technical elements such as artificial intelligence big models, digital twins, and perceptual interaction, to avoid the singularity of technical elements; The collection scenario should form a good trend of large enterprises driving the collaborative development of small enterprises, promoting the integration of technology, industry, data, as well as cross level, cross domain, and cross industry collaborative linkage.
The applicant is a key enterprise, higher education institution, research institute, industrial park and other institutional units registered in Shanghai with independent legal personality. The applicant should have the necessary foundation to support the construction and operation of application scenarios, such as venues, funds, etc., and have no adverse records in terms of quality, safety, reputation, and social responsibility. It is allowed to participate in the application as a consortium, with one leading unit and no more than three joint units. Each unit can apply for multiple scenarios.
