On November 14th, Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen) officially announced that its deep research product DeepResearch 2511 version has been officially launched.
It is reported that this version focuses on improving the experience of research tasks in terms of depth, speed, and accuracy.
Tongyi Qianwen stated that the new version supports dual mode selection: Normal mode: more efficient and versatile, suitable for most research needs; Advanced mode: aimed at heavy research users, providing stronger reasoning ability, citation reliability, and data coverage depth.
The performance comparison chart released by the official synchronization shows that compared with the previous version DeepResearch 2507, DeepResearch 2511 has significantly improved key indicators such as anti illusion, content integrity, citation reliability, instruction execution ability, data coverage, and research speed, with some projects improving by more than 30%.
Previously, it was reported that Alibaba Group is preparing a major redesign of its flagship AI application, aiming to make its functionality closer to OpenAI's ChatGPT.
It is reported that Alibaba plans to update its existing "Tongyi" iOS and Android applications in the coming months and rename them "Qwen" to echo the company's well-known AI big model.
