On September 18th, the Economic and Information Technology Bureau of Tongzhou District, Beijing issued a notice on the implementation guidelines (second batch) to support the high-quality development of the digital economy in Beijing's urban sub center.
According to the Implementation Guidelines, a total of six directions are supported, namely, enhancing enterprise intelligence, improving the resilience and security level of industrial and supply chains, cultivating and strengthening future industries, releasing and iterating high-quality scenarios, building public service platforms, and organizing industrial activities.
Among them, it supports the release and iteration of high-quality scenarios. For application scenario projects that are technologically advanced, can be quickly replicated and promoted, and have strong demonstration significance, a maximum support of 500000 yuan per project will be given, and a maximum support of 2 million yuan per year will be given to a single enterprise.
On the 'supply side', support enterprises or institutions to combine their own development needs, release network security and information technology, data elements, future information, metaverse, autonomous driving and other application scenarios, widely use excellent solutions and advanced technologies, and create a number of application demonstration benchmarks.
• On the "demand side", support enterprises to build a batch of typical solutions from a small perspective and real scenarios, relying on advanced digital technologies such as 6G, artificial intelligence, network security, meta universe, big data, cloud computing, and industrial Internet.
At the same time, support the improvement of enterprise intelligence. Strengthen the empowerment of artificial intelligence in various industries, support small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase model services and computing power services, and provide support such as model coupons and computing power coupons separately. The annual subsidy amount for model coupons and computing power coupons for a single enterprise shall not exceed 300000 yuan and 500000 yuan respectively.
In recent years, as a benchmark for urban development in the new era, Beijing's urban sub center has focused on the three major digital economy areas of network security, metaverse, and smart city, and has achieved significant results.
In terms of enterprise cultivation, the number of high-tech enterprises in the sub center has exceeded 1100, with a total of 382 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises at the municipal level, 531 specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises at the municipal level, and 40 national level "little giant" enterprises cultivated.
Among them, the metaverse industry cluster is committed to building innovation matrices for industries such as AI+XR and XR+IP. The metaverse application innovation center has been put into use and successfully attracted 108 metaverse enterprises to settle in, further strengthening the digital economy industry ecology of the sub center.
It is worth mentioning that during the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services, Beijing will introduce AIGC interaction and XR immersive experience on a large scale for the first time, allowing audiences to immerse themselves in the sparks of technology and culture collision. Five online micro dramas such as "Sanxingdui: Apocalypse of the Future" and "Shanhai Qijing: Splitting Waves and Waves", XR experience "Langlang Mountain Little Monster: You Are Accompanying XR", and the intelligent mini cinema of Perfect World Cinema.
