China Mobile: Double investment in artificial intelligence by the end of 2028

On October 11th, at the main forum of the 2025 China Mobile Global Partner Conference, China Mobile officially released the upgraded "AI+" action plan and the "AI+" ecological alliance. The "AI+" action plan indicates that by the end of 2028, China Mobile will continue to increase its investment in the field of artificial intelligence, double its overall investment, build the largest and technologically leading intelligent computing infrastructure in China, explore the construction of a 100000 card intelligent computing cluster, and achieve a national scale of intelligent computing power exceeding 100 EFLOPS.
