On August 14th, it was reported that the Intelligent Information Business Group under Alibaba Group recently launched a large-scale AI talent recruitment plan, with a total scale of nearly a thousand people from social and school recruitment. This recruitment focuses on cutting-edge technology fields such as big language modeling, multimodal recognition and understanding, multimodal training engineering, as well as intelligent agent applications and AI hardware.
According to its official website, the intelligent information business group has a large number of social recruitment positions and positions related to multimodal big model algorithms and product categories. Some big model algorithm and reinforcement learning positions also require business backgrounds in vertical fields such as healthcare. Taking Quark, the flagship application of Alibaba AI in the Intelligent Information Business Group, as an example, its recruitment positions not only include basic technologies such as model training, but also involve vertical scenarios such as learning, health, and creativity. As Alibaba's innovative business exploring new forms of artificial intelligence, Quark AI Glasses made its debut at this year's World Artificial Intelligence Conference. Many positions on the official website also involve intelligent hardware architects, speech recognition and interaction, image and video algorithm optimization, etc.
Previously reported, Alibaba announced this month the start of its 2026 autumn campus recruitment, with plans to issue over 7000 offers. 15 business groups and companies under Alibaba, including Alibaba Holding Group, Taobao, and Alibaba Cloud, will also start their autumn recruitment. Compared to spring recruitment, Alibaba's autumn recruitment has further increased its AI talent recruitment efforts. This time, AI related positions account for over 60%, with some AI business departments having a higher proportion. Alibaba Cloud, Alibaba International, and DingTalk account for 80%, while Gaode accounts for 75%.
